一.荣获“五星级党支部”
（Awarded "Five-Star Party Branch"）
2022年6月，我所被陕西省委直属机关工作委员会命名为 “五星级党支部”。
In June 2022, our firm was awarded a "five-star Party Branch" by the Shaanxi Provincial Work Committee of Agencies Directly Under Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the CPC.
二.荣获省级优秀律师事务所
(Awarded “Provincial Excellent Law Firm”)
2022年12月17日，我所被陕西省司法厅授予“2017 – 2021年度省级优秀律师事务所” 荣誉称号。
On December 17, 2022, our firm was awarded the honour of "2017 - 2021 Provincial Excellent Law Firm" by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Justice.
2022年9月7日，省人大常委会党组书记、副主任庄长兴率调研组一行莅临我所，对我所《陕西省律师条例》贯彻实施情况进行调研，律所党支部书记、主任陶克俭律师和业务管理委员会主席野炳恒律师引导参观，介绍情况。
On September 7, 2022, Zhuang Changxing, Secretary and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, led a research group to visit our firm to investigate the implementation of the Shaanxi Province Lawyers Regulations, and Tao Kejian, Secretary of the Party branch and Director of the firm, and Ye Bingheng, Chairman of the Business Management Committee of the firm, guided the visit and briefed.
四.央视七套对我所进行专题报道

2022年12月4日，我所接受中央电视台节目组采访录制的专题报道-《军装换律袍– 不忘初心与法同行》于第九个国家宪法宣传日（12月4日）在央视七套《正午国防军事》栏目播出。
On December 4, 2022, our firm was interviewed by CCTV 7 for a special report called "From Military Uniform to Legal Gown - Never Forget the Beginning and Always Stick to the Law" and the interview was broadcasted on a CCTV 7 midday program on December 4, the Ninth Constitution Awareness Day .
五.国务院退役军人事务部对我所退役军人群体进行专项访谈
（The Ministry of Veterans Affairs of the State Council conducted a special interview with our veteran community）
2022年12月10日，我所应邀接受国务院退役军人事务部采访，采访内容刊载于 “中国退役军人“公众号。
On 10 December 2022, our firm was invited to be interviewed by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of the State Council, and the interview was posted on the "China Veterans" official account.

2022年11月，我所党支部召开换届选举党员大会，其中陶克俭同志任支部书记，王卫民同志任组织委员，刘守伟同志任纪检委员，茹怡同志任青年委员，刘选强同志任宣传委员。
In November 2022, our Party branch held a general election of party members, in which comrade Tao Kejian was elected as the secretary of the branch, comrade Wang Weimin was elected as the Organization Committee Commissioner, comrade Liu Shouwei was elected the Discipline Inspection Committee Commissioner, comrade Ruyi was elected as the Youth Committee Commissioner, and comrade Liu Xuanqiang was elected as the Propaganda Committee Commissioner.
七.我所成功入选省高院等破产管理人名单

2022年9月13日，我所成功入选“陕西省高级人民法院破产管理人名单”。
On 13 September 2022, our firm was successfully selected as a bankruptcy administrator of the Shaanxi Provincial High People's Court.
2022年11月5日，我所成功入选“延安市中级人民法院破产管理人名单“。
On 5 November, 2022, our firm was selected as a bankruptcy administrator of the yan'an Intermediate People's Court.
2022年11月1日，我所成功入选“汉中市中级人民法院破产管理人名单”。
On 1 November, 2022, our firm was selected as a bankruptcy administrator of the Hanzhong Intermediate People's Court.
八.我所律师受邀担任《学法大赢家》法律知识竞赛评委
（Our lawyer was invited to be the judge of a legal knowledge competition）
2022年9月23日，我所徐丽萍律师受邀担任于陕西省广播电视台举行的《学法大赢家》第五届农民丰收节 - 乡村振兴法律知识竞赛评委。
On 23 September, 2022, our lawyer Xu Liping was invited to be the judge of the Fifth Farmers' Harvest Festival - Rural Revitalization Legal Knowledge Competition held by Shaanxi Broadcasting Corporation.
九.我所被授予联营律师事务所西安联络处

2022年6月25日，中银-力图-方氏（横琴）联营律师事务所授予我所 “联营律师事务所西安联络处”并授牌。
On 25 June 2022, ZLF Law Firm officially awarded our firm the title of "Xi'an Liaison Office of the ZLF Law Office".
十.陶克俭律师多篇论文发表获奖并担任多家机构职务

2022年3月，陶克俭律师撰写的《社会主义的世界性与民族性问题的思考》在全国高校“中国马克思主义与当代“教学创新中心重难点问题征集活动中荣获二等奖。
In March 2022, Mr. Tao Kejian’s Reflections on the Worldliness and Ethnicity of Socialism won the second prize in the competition of Questions Collection for Chinese Marxism and Contemporary Teaching Innovation.
2022年6月，陶克俭律师撰写的《学习践行习近平法治思想，争做党和人民满意的好律师》在中国法制网等十余家大型网络平台刊登。
In June 2022, Mr. Tao Kejian wrote Learning and Practicing Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, Striving to Be a Good Lawyer to the Satisfaction of the Party and the People, which was published on more than ten large online platforms.
2022年9月，陶克俭律师撰写的《浅析<陕西省律师条例>颁布实施的重大意义》在法制社会网等三十五余家大型网络平台刊登。
In September 2022, An Analysis of the Significance of the Promulgation and Implementation of the Regulations on Lawyers in Shaanxi Province written by Mr. Tao Kejian was published on more than thirty-five large online platforms.
2022年8月，陶克俭律师对《陕西省律师条例》的立法建议被陕西省人民代表大会常务委员会法制工作委员会采纳。
In August 2022, Mr. Tao Kejian's legislative proposals for the Shaanxi Lawyers Regulations were adopted by the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress.
2022年11月，陶克俭律师撰写的《毛泽东读书的鲜明特点》---读《毛泽东阅读史》（陈晋著）有感一文荣获2022年度陕西省司法厅直系统读书学习优秀心得体会文章一等奖。
In November 2022, Mr. Tao Kejian’s essay The Distinctive Characteristics of Mao Zedong's Reading --- a review of Mao Zedong Reading History (by Chen Jin) won the first prize of the Essay Competition 2022 held by Shaanxi Province judicial department.
2022年8月20日，陶克俭律师入选全国中小企业“八五”普法讲师团。
On 20 August, 2022, Mr. Tao Kejian was selected as one of the lecturers of the "8th Five-Year Plan Law Popularization" for small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
2022年8月11日，陶克俭律师获聘担任陕西省法学会首席法律咨询专家。
On 11 August 2022, Mr. Tao Kejian was appointed as the chief legal adviser of Shaanxi Law Society.
2022年9月15 日，陶克俭律师获聘担任全国律协专业委委员与第十届全国律协仲裁与律师调解专业委员会委员。
On 15 September 2022, Mr. Tao Kejian was appointed as a member of the Professional Committee of the National Lawyers Association and a member of the Tenth National Lawyers Association Committee on Arbitration and Mediation.
2022年10 月，陶克俭律师获聘担任担任中国科学院院士、西北大学赵国春教授法律顾问。
Mr. Tao Kejian, was appointed as legal advisor to Mr. Zhao Guochun, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a professor of the Northwestern University, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Justice and the Science and Technology Association of Shaanxi Province.
2022年11月26日，陕西省法学会法律文化研究会换届，陶克俭律师当选副会长。
On 26 November 2022, the Legal Culture Research Association of Shaanxi Law Society was renewed and Mr. Tao Kejian was appointed as Vice President.
2022年12月17日，陕西省第八次律师代表大会召开，陶克俭律师当选理事。
On December 17, 2022, the Eighth Lawyers' Congress of Shaanxi Province was held, and Mr. Tao Kejian was elected as a council member.
